Baby C came into the studio for his 6 month milestone session. His momma and I went to middle and high school together, so it was wonderful to catch up with her and get to know her adorable little love. 6 Month Milestone portraits are one of my favorite types of sessions. At this age, babies are full of smiles, laughs and personality. They are usually just starting to sit on their own so they are a bit wobbly, keeping their arms out to help balance at times. A big shriek of delight can offset their balance and topple them over. But, at 6 months old, they are almost always delighted to get set back up and try again!

I love the smile of a 6 month old – big, gummy and usually a bit drooly!  Sometimes, there is a little tooth or two peeking out. There is so much to be celebrated at the 6 month mark. Your baby is learning more and more everyday. His personality is blossoming. 6 months old are pure joy.
