Albuquerque Studio Photographer | Studio Tour

Today I would like to take you on a virtual tour of our studio! We are located in the West side of Albuquerque New Mexico. Because our location is easily found from anywhere in town, it’s accessible to all! We’ve been in this location a little over a year now, and haven’t fully moved in yet! Our studio is mostly white on purpose. With a blank canvas we can create anything!

In studio we feature- Maternity, Baby, Newborn, and Milestone photography sessions. We do offer these sessions (with the exception of Newborn) outdoors as well. It totally depends on the look you want to capture. The benefit of the studio is that it’s a controlled space. We can control the temperature, lighting etc… Outside, however, we are at the mercy of the weather.

In studio we have several ‘props’ that we like to use. I use the term ‘prop’ lightly, because we don’t consider our photography to be ‘prop photography’. Our pieces include a rocking horse, rocking chair, child sized chair, and a high chair. All painted white.  Similarly, using these neutral pieces helps us create that timeless image, in keeping with our style.

The future for our little studio is bright! We will be moving in some artwork, showcasing our style (in and out of studio). Stay tuned for pictures of  our new layout! We also have a gorgeous, hand made mantle that we will be incorporating. The mantle was made for our Santa Minis, and will be sticking around for years to come.
