Albuquerque Family Newborn Studio Photographer

It may be cold outside, but in our studio it was toasty warm for our newborn session last week.

Shaylin brought her husband, and her two boys in for a newborn session today. Baby L is just 10 days old, and what a head of hair he has already! We saw big brother for his newborn session 20 months ago. They just grow so fast! It seems like just yesterday I took big brothers newborn photos in our studio.

Big brother D was a very busy little guy. He was interested in everything around the studio. 20 months is a fun age where everything is exciting! Getting him to stand still for a picture was accomplished by asking him to give his brother a kiss. So sweet! We also managed to capture a sweet shot of the brothers laying down together. Often times, we’ll photograph family first, then siblings, then we’ll ask that dad take the older children to a near by park while we finish taking photos of baby and mom. Little ones tend to get antsy in our studio. I’ve found asking dad to take older kids out of the studio speeds up finishing your little newborn photos.

We of course got pictures of mom and baby, dad and baby, big brother D alone, dad and big brother, and everyone together. It’s heartwarming to see families returning to us with each new addition. Thank you for once again choosing us to preserve your family’s memories for you.
