Albuquerque Family Photographer | Spring Foothills Photos

Last week I was able to help David update his family portrait wall. He called me wanting updated portraits of his two children and his granddaughter. His original thought was to order a large canvas after our session, but we have decided to help him order several pictures, and place them in a grouping on the wall. We are more than happy to help you with your design and layout ideas. Grouping several pictures together on a wall is a great way to display your loved ones. With our print release it is up to you what you choose to print after your session, but if you need help choosing, or even a recommendation on where to have your printing done, don’t hesitate to contact us.

This family did a great job of choosing their wardrobe. They matched navy, grey, and jeans, with brown shoes. The little girl was adorable in a white and grey dress. She even had her fingernails painted bright pink. She was pretty proud of them! She was a joy to shoot.

We drove to Albuquerque’s Foothills, a favorite location to shoot. Usually the light is golden and glowing, which makes for beautifully lit shots. That day, however, the light was not acting like it usually does. We shoot in all light. The goal of our shoots is to capture the emotion of people. Light doesn’t dictate that. When it isn’t sunny outside, we can still capture the same emotion on everyone’s faces. What we ended up with were gorgeous pictures, just a bit moodier than usual. The light made for more intense pictures. The love that this family shares radiates between them, and made for a very fun session.
