This adorable family met me for a late afternoon session last week. Erin had called me wanting a family session for herself, her husband and their 4 year old son. Fall is the perfect time in Albuquerque to update your family’s portraits. The light it just gorgeous, and the leaves are turning, a perfect combination to achieve the best photos!

Different combinations make for the most interesting pictures. We like to get mom and dad together, and each parent with their child individually. We also took the opportunity to update mom and dad’s professional portraits. Dad was wanting a new picture for his Linkedin profile, so we made sure he had several to choose from.

As the light was starting to fade, we finished up in the foothills with several shots of the family holding each other close and having a moment. We are thrilled to have met them all, and are looking forward to seeing them again soon at our Santa Mini Sessions!
