Another month, and another Femfessionals Lunch & Learn is in the books! July’s Lunch & Learn meeting for the Femfessionals was such a great luncheon. The speaker was Dr. Lori Eanes, who helped us all check out our own Health Portfolio. Dr. Lori is a powerful speaker who helped all the Femfessionals dig deep and look at ourselves from the inside out. She gave us ideas of how to make small steps towards a healthier lifestyle that will add up to make a difference in our lives. Best of all, she was able to get a room full of busy, always-on-the-go professional women to just take a moment and breathe. I left July’s Femfessional Lunch & Learn feeling reset and ready to take on life! I cannot wait to attend one of Dr. Lori’s one day workshops in the near future!
